Covid-19: Alex streets in pictures during first two days of lockdown
ALEXANDRA – Life in parts of Alexandra appeared like on any ordinary Friday morning, hours into the 21-day national lockdown. On the second day of the lockdown, Alex woke to even longer queues at shopping centres.
The SA National Defence Force tweeted this video of its members providing protection to the police and Metro police doing searches at Alex’s Madala Hostel.
