Ward 81 councillor sends her condolences to the family of Moss Selolo

BRAMLEY – Ward 81 councillor Irene Rugheimer said Ntate Selolo works closely with Lombardy West Bramley View Residents' Association and his love for the community was evident to everything he did.

The councillor for Ward 81 in the City of Johannesburg, Irene Rugheimer, has described the late Moss Selolo as a gentleman and community activist who got along with everyone.

Ntate Selolo, a well-known, hard-working sports administrator and community activist, passed away early in the morning on 10 January after a short illness as confirmed by the family.

“Moss and I had a good working relationship. He would always inform me of issues in his community and tried to assist wherever possible. I will remember the gentleman and his kindness to his fellow man. He had a passion and genuine love for the area he lived in and wanted it to be clean and safe,” she said.

Rugheimer added that Selolo worked closely with Lombardy West Bramley View Residents’ Association (LOWEBRA) and his love for the community was evident to everything he did.

“Moss worked very closely with all members of LOWEBRA and his expertise and commitment to the community will be remembered in the organisation. I would like to convey my deepest condolences to his family and the community, wishing them peace to bring comfort, the courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in their hearts,” Rugheimer said.
