The MTN 21 kilometer race draws near

In less than a month, the MTN SA Foundation will be hosting the third edition of the MTN 21 kilometer race on 10 June 2017.

The race, which is segmented into a 5, 10 and 21 kilometer half marathon, is part of MTN 21 Days of Y’ello Care, the operator’s flagship employee volunteerism programme held annually between 1 and 21 June.

The proceeds generated from the race will be invested towards an education cause in line with the theme of this year’s event, ICT in Education.

The 10 and 21 kilometer marathon will start at 7am, while the 5 kilometer fun run will kick off at 7.30am. All the segments of the race will start at MTN’s head office in Fairlands, Johannesburg. The winner of the 21 kilometer race will be awarded R21,000.00 in prize money.
