Dominique Olfsen, Krav Maga instructor from Elite Defence Academy (EDA), will be hosting an Anti-Rape and Abduction Workshop on November 7 from 9am to 11am.
“Being a female doesn’t make you inferior in your ability to defend yourself. However, you do need to learn how to protect yourself,” she said.
In this workshop, you will be taught how to think, breathe, and relax your way out of some of the most horrendous situations imaginable.
“You don’t have to be a soft target, you certainly don’t have to be next! You are strong, you are capable, you are a woman, learn to fight like one.”
The workshop will take place at the EDA studios in Bassonia Shopping Centre and tickets cost R300 per person.
