13 SA MILITARY History Society, Johannesburg branch, will meet again on December 13 at the auditorium of the Museum of Military History, Erlswold Way, Saxonwold (next to the zoo) at 8pm. This will be a DVD evening to be followed by a year-end function. The DVD is Deterrence from the deep, the US Navy Ohio class ballistic missile submarines – running time 42 minutes. Wives are welcome to come along with their husbands and enjoy the evening with us. Visitors are charged R30 per person, which includes tea or coffee after the lecture.
