THE Lego Batman Movie follows on the irreverently fun spirit of The Lego Movie, which made it a critically acclaimed hit and established a worldwide phenomenon. This new superbly animated 3D release hits Nu Metro The Glen (and other cinemas nationwide) from Friday, 10 February.
There are big changes brewing in Gotham, but if Batman (Will Arnett) wants to save the city from the Joker’s (Zach Galifianakis) hostile takeover, he may have to drop the lone vigilante thing, try to work with others and maybe, just maybe, learn to lighten up. Maybe his superhero sidekick, Robin (Michael Cera), and loyal butler, Alfred (Ralph Fiennes), can show him a thing or two.
Popular comedic actor Will Arnett reprises his role as the voice of LEGO Batman, following the overwhelming success of this character from the original Lego-movie – in which he became the self-described leading man of that ensemble. And now LEGO Batman stars in his own movie-adventure.
