The Fashion Theatre is also home to the hugely popular Make Me a Bride makeover. Volunteers are chosen for a hair and makeup makeover before choosing a wedding gown to model onstage to the waiting audience.
Continuing with the spotlight on brides, all 12 finalists in the Saturday Star’s Bride of the Month competition will take to the stage at The Wedding Expo. The public will once again vote for their favourite bride and the finalist with the most votes will be announced the winner of the competition on The Fashion Theatre on Saturday 27th August.
Of course, planning a wedding should be more play than work, which is why this year visitors can relax and enjoy some time out at the Laborie Champagne Bar at The Wedding Expo. The Jozi Car Bar will be at The Wedding Expo, so visitors are encouraged to relax and enjoy the experience, which for many bridal couples, is the beginning of a once-in-a-lifetime adventure together.
