Movie to be made of Zelda’s Madiba book

A movie will be made of Zelda la Grange’s book, Good Morning, Mr. Mandela.

Zelda la Grange is a former private secretary to Nelson Mandela. She was first hired as a typist in Mandela’s office in 1994, but was promoted to the post of private secretary during his tenure as president.

The film rights to the book were bought by New York-based film production company, Maven Pictures, a partnership between Golden Globe winning producer, Celine Rattray and Bafta-nominated producer, Trudie Styler.

La Grange pays tribute to Madiba as she knew him – her friend and the teacher who taught her the most valuable lessons of her life.

There are many books about Mandela, but Good Morning, Mr. Mandela is the first by a trusted member of his inner circle.

The cast has not been announced yet.
