The body and its laws

Our bodies were designed for a purpose beyond our imagination. If one could take time to study the complex anatomy of the body, they will notice that there is a higher calling beyond what life seems to be. There is no one organ that is left to naught – every one of them has a role in the harmonious coordination of the body to achieve the greatest might, in perfect harmony with both the Divine and human.

However, our bodies were written in the laws that govern them. Like any society, laws are enacted to maintain order, peace and to ensure progress. If these laws are broken, disorder breaks out as well. Crime, filth, immorality, economic chaos and many others follow.

Disease (which is essentially dis-ease) is a result of the disobedience and breaking of these laws that govern the body, the health laws. If obeyed, humans are capable of reaching their noblest state and attain a balance in the spiritual, physical and mental being, and it is very important that we balance these three parts of our being. There are always three dimensions to life we need to note, just like there three forms of matter – solid, liquid and gas. Time is always in three phases – the past, the present and the future. The same with our bodies.

If we obey these health laws, we can avoid these diseases that so affect the world. We have in us the capability to lead healthy lives. If already affected, the risks of disease intensifying can be reduced and in some instances treated completely without the aid of medicine.

Health laws speak to the choices we make regarding our diet, physical activities, lifestyles, rest, and the in which we live.
