ALBERTON – Catch Elvis Blue at the Alberton Civic Centre during the Rhythm and Blues Festival on September 23.
With album sales in excess of 100 000, eight top ten radio singles, and more than 500 live performances to his credit, Elvis Blue is considered to be one of the most successful artists in our country. Come and enjoy an evening of rhythm and blues with this Ghoema award-winning artist’s live performance of songs from his award-winning album.
Elvis was the winner of M-Net’s SA Idols in 2012. Sharing the stage in concert with him on the evening before Heritage Day, is Tanya V, a stunning young South African artist. The concert will also feature young upcoming artists from Alberton namely Tamlyn G, Tiaan Nortje and Jessica Venter.
This event, organised by the Cantare Children’s Choir as a fundraising evening, promises to be an evening of excellent music and talent. Tickets range from R60 to R130 for the front block seats and can be booked at Computicket.
