Members of the Alberton Bowling Club gathered for an easy and sunny morning of Sunday bowls, enjoying camaraderie, lots of laughter and friendly bantering.
These are all the things that make bowls so special as a sport, whether you join a club as a serious bowler or just enjoy a couple of days on the green rolling socially.
The session saw more than a dozen participants come together to enjoy a morning on the greens.
Although not everyone played on the day, the others opted for seats near the greens and just enjoyed a day of good friendship and watching their peers on the greens.
