Coach Shane Carr is part of the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF) coaching team, which will be guiding the Gauteng MMA youth squad at an international tournament.
Carr and his squad depart on August 2. He still appeals for donors to help with whatever amount of money to help him get to the Zayed Sports City, in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates).
MMAF 2024 is a five-day event scheduled from August 6 to 10. Donors will be helping Carr cover flights, tournament entry as a coach, accommodation, food and team off-site travel, taxi fares, team attire, team training attire and team training kit.
