Many local shoppers enjoyed a beautiful fitness and supplement expo hosted by Alberton Sports and Fitness Club at Alberton Mall.
Alberton Sports and Fitness Club recently organised a fitness and supplement expo at the Dis-chem store in the Alberton Mall.
The fitness campaign aimed to empower and uplift the community via fitness while enabling the community to interact and socialise through various exercises.
According to the host and organiser, Otis Blume, the event was a huge success because so many customers showed up to take part.
There were numerous store giveaways of prizes, including hampers and other gifts.
Spinning, aerobics, boot camp, tug of war, and bench press competitions were just a few of the fitness activities offered by the sports and fitness club.
Otis thanked everyone who made the day a success and the Alberton Mall for granting him the space to host the campaign.
