Two power lifters from the South break South African records

TWO powerlifters are making Alberton and the South very proud, holding several South African titles.
Adrian Smith (21) and Rouxchelle Roux (18) recently cleaned house at the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships.
The championships were held from September 10 to 17, with Smith winning gold in the junior men’s u-105kg (body weight) category for squat and bench-press, silver for deadlift and gold overall and Roux taking gold in all three disciplines as well as overall in the junior woman’s u-52kg (body weight) division.
