ON Saturday, August 12, the African Strongman Union held an SA Qualifier Competition.
The competition took place from 9am at the News Café in Meyersdal and was the qualifying round for the South African Championships that will be taking place in September.
Divisions consisted of:
Ladies under 75kg, ladies over 75kg, men under 70kg, men under 80kg, men under 90kg, men under 105kg, men open class (106kg up to 136kg) and men open class (137kg and above).
