SA Blackball Pool champion hopefuls cue up for a win

Carnival City is currently the battleground for some extreme competition in the S.A. Blackball-Pool Championships.

Carnival City is currently the battleground for some extreme competition in the S.A. Blackball-Pool Championships as its Big Top Arena see cueists gathered from across the country to compete for top titles.

With cueists competing in various categories, such as men, women, u.23, seniors and masters, the Gauteng Central Team, made up of Zane Khan, Leslie Monting, Chris Pandazis and Basil Moonsamy, is on fire and remains part of the current action.

Hosted by the Gauteng Blackball Federation, the event commenced on January 24 and will play out until February 7. Daily action starts from 09:00 to 10:00 daily and spectators are welcome. This is the biggest championships which takes place on an annula basis in South African and feature all playing Blackpool provinces.
