Old rivals, Union Bulldogs and A-Square-Forklift Alberton, will meet to determine the winner of the Kevin de Klerk trophy this Saturday.

ALBERTON – Old rivals, Union Bulldogs and A-Square-Forklift Alberton, will meet to determine the winner of the Kevin de Klerk trophy this Saturday.

The two clubs will battle it out on May 23, at Pioneers Park, Wemmer Pan.

Union Bulldogs are the current holders and this will be a humdinger of a game not to be missed. On the same day, Midas will host a family fun day for the community and rugby supporters. Big prizes worth R150 000 will be up for grabs.

The entrance fee is R30 per car and R10 per person. Music by DJ LJ and DJ Clayton will be pumping from 08:00. Refreshments will be on offer to generate funds for the club. Funds will go towards new equipment and a feeding scheme for children from the community. Any donations towards the club’s feeding scheme will be appreciated.
