Alberton shooting club members in USA

Claudio Shannon and Luke Kojetin represented Alberton Sports Shooting Club in the USA and won the National PPP League Division.

ALBERTON – Shannon and Kojetin finished with a perfect 7-0 record. Their final score of the season, 738-19 was only three points shy of their season high, a 741-12 set in February.

Claudio Surmon is 16 years old and shoots international standing. Luke Kojetin is 12 years old and shoots basic supported. They are coached by Gary Cimma. They were invited to join the league thanks to their historical positive relationship with USA shooting.

The National PPP League is a collaborative effort between USA Shooting, Georgia Competitive Shooters and the Orion Scoring System utilising a new, exciting, competition format. Two-person teams, air pistol shooters, and junior teams from throughout the country compete against each other in a series of win-loss games.

Each week there is a new set of games and teams are put into divisional squads of relatively equal skill level and PPP position. Teams are ranked within their division according to their win-loss record.

The current spring 2015- season runs through May with the fall season starting in September.
