The freestyle champion for Hifi Corp was crowned on Saturday 12 at Southgate Mall.
THE freestyle champion for Hi-Fi Corp was crowned on Saturday 12 at Southgate Mall.
In partnership with LG and Underground Soccer, the competition scoured the country in search of top freestylers to compete in the ultimate freestyling challenge. All the entries were narrowed down to the top 16 from which the four finalists were selected, to compete in the final showdown.
The competition was judged by former South Africa champion and world number 2 in 2010, Kamalio Ranchod, and MC’d by Adriano Franco from the Underground Soccer. The winner was Ashley Mkhize, who thrilled the crowd with his skills and won an LG large screen plasma TV. Second place went to Zain Patel, who also won an LED TV. Third was Bobby Jantjies, who won a 32” LG TV and lastly fourth place went to Fanie Moleli, who won a R1 000 voucher from Hi-Fi Corporation.
