Gauteng Motor Show finds partner

THIS year’s Gauteng Motor Show cranks up the kilowatts as Carnival City joins forces with this thrill-a-minute motoring event as the official hospitality sponsor.

Taking place at the Rock Raceway, Brakpan from July 25 to 27 the 2014 Gauteng Motor Show offers pulse-racing action and excitement for all ages and interests, and an entertainment line-up unlike any other motoring event in SA.

Nearby Carnival City Casino and Entertainment World, bursting with opportunities for fun and entertainment on every level, is the ideal partner for this popular weekend adrenalin fest.

“Carnival City was identified as official hospitality sponsor to the Gauteng Motor Show due to its vibrant, fun and energetic brand,” said Rene Staack of Thebe Reed Exhibitions, the show’s leading event organisers.

As a lead-up to the main event, Carnival City will be hosting a launch day on Sunday July 6 when visitors to the popular entertainment destination can enjoy a variety of auto-inspired activities and contests such as the Show and Shine, Sound-Off and Remote Control Car Competitions, all of which promise to fire up the ignitions for the upcoming show.

Park and Ride facilities will be set up at the Gauteng Motor Show and Carnival City for the duration of the event. These will run on an hourly basis from 09:30 – 18:30 on Saturday and Sunday, meaning that visitors to Carnival City can easily catch a ride to the Gauteng Motor Show and back again, and vice versa, and experience all the live action first-hand.
