MEYERSDAL – “We here at Meyersdal Action Arena were honoured to host the Overs and Unders Inter Provincials Netball tournament from March 4 to 8. The tournament was a huge success and the netball was great,” says a reperesentative of Action Meyersdal.
Provinces that took part were Southern Gauteng, Western Province, Western Gauteng, Boland, Northern Gauteng, Vaal, Central Gauteng and Eastern Gauteng.
The results were as follows:
Ladies 23 & U, gold – Southern Gauteng, silver – Northern Gauteng and bronze – Western Gauteng.
Ladies 30 & O, gold – Central Gauteng, silver – Western Province and bronze – Northern Gauteng.
Ladies 35 & O, gold – Western Province, silver – Central Gauteng and bronze – Northern Gauteng.
Mix 30 & O, gold – Western Gauteng, silver – Northern Gauteng and bronze – Central Gauteng.
