Four times champion Martin is back

He is not back to compete but to give his knowledge and expertise in the form of his second book on drug-free muscle training and correct nutrition for sportsmen.

ALBERTON – Four times SA champion Martin Dewee is back. He is back, not to compete himself again in natural bodybuilding where he was commonwealth medallist, but to give back his knowledge and expertise in the form of his second book on drug-free muscle training and correct nutrition for sportsmen.

Furthermore, his new year’s resolution is to give during February free advice to sport achievers on nutrition and drug-free training advice. In exchange for free advice, he accepts donations in the form of non-perishable food like peanut butter, soup packets and tin food, which will be distributed to the elderly needy in Eden Park.

His first book, Drug Free Muscle Training, issued in 2004, was a runaway success and is used by many sports people to improve performance. Now his second book is on its way. He gave the Alberton RECORD a sneak preview. His life story, which is part of the book, promises to grip the imagination of all. Watch this space for the launch of the book at schools and sport organisations right here in Alberton. Thereafter he will tour the country.
