TURFFONTEIN – The Johannesburg premier horse racing event and fashion affair will take place on Saturday November 30 at Turffontein Racecourse. The sensational SANSUI Summer Cup will be proudly hosted by Gauteng.
Announcing the Face of SANSUI Summer Cup recently, it was also stated that this event will be more stylish than ever before.
SANSUI Summer Cup was initiated in 1887 and is the pulse of an esteemed legacy of thoroughbred horse racing in Johannesburg. It is a premiere fashion and horse racing event in which the entertainment industry embraces the hustle and bustle of the Golden Region.

Altogether twelve feature races will be run with the main event taking place over 2 200m for the prize money of R2-million.
Also racing for charity, 25 celebrities will take to the racecourse in the HiFi Corporation Charity Dash. Funds raised will go to the official charity Rainbows and Smiles, a non-profit organisation providing support to families and caregivers of children diagnosed with cancer.
