#OKgrlSaysEnough: OKgrl says enough is enough

Show us the statistics about how many women are raped, murdered, kidnapped and assaulted versus the amount of justice being served.

Crimes against women in South Africa have become uncontrollable. Women and girls are sexually assaulted and murdered with no justice and no consequences.

Show us the statistics about how many women are raped, murdered, kidnapped and assaulted versus the amount of justice being served and the number of men who are caught and punished for their crimes. These numbers will favour those men.

Women all over the country should acknowledge and stand by the fact that enough is enough.

We can no longer let this just slip by unnoticed. Let us draw attention to this issue and help those who have already suffered and protect those who are in danger of suffering.

Every four hours, a woman is a victim of any one of these crimes. And those are just the women who were brave enough to speak up or the women who weren’t lucky enough to survive it. What about those who keep quiet and face it by themselves out of fear?

What about the women we never find?

OKgrl says #ENOUGH.

As a brand that stands for the empowerment of women, OKgrl’s heart is bleeding for all women who are not receiving the respect, safety and justice they deserve.

We at OKgrl want women to stop living in fear and embrace who they are, no matter their age, size or race.

We want to show women why it’s OK to just love yourself and be exactly who you are without the fear of the increasing problems in our country.

The OKgrl family, our staff members, followers and supporters say #ENOUGH. We will no longer be silent. We will support, uplift and protect each other because we are stronger together as a family of fierce and unstoppable women.
