In response to the letter sent by ‘Frustrated resident’, printed in Alberton RECORD on November 28 regarding street lights burning during the day:
I have a similar problem which has been reported to yourselves (once), the Alberton Municipality on numerous occasions, e-siyakhokha many times, albfinenq via two e-mails, yet Rae Frankel Street in Brackenhurst has been in darkness for five months.
The area between McDonald’s and Vermooten Street have no lights. The area is pitch dark.
Would you be able to help us with us with the problem?
