My husband and I wish to express our appreciation to the staff at Alberton Child Welfare for their excellent service. We are fostering a child and the court order was due to expire later this year. Without any prompting from us, Lerato from Child Welfare phoned us to ask for documentation to be provided.
Within 10 days we were advised the court order had been extended. This was excellent service and we are very grateful to Lerato for her efficiency as well as to the whole team at Child Welfare. They have a thankless task and are totally overloaded but we were treated as individuals and received excellent service.
We would like to express our appreciation to all concerned.
