Big sigh as drain finally unblocked

"I don’t understand why I had to complain to such an extreme."

After a long struggle to get a drain unblocked, I would like to thank the people who helped me.

I would like to thank “Basie” and his team from EMM for sorting out the problem. They were friendly and helpful.

However, I don’t understand why I had to complain to such an extreme when one can clearly see in my first email (sent to the RECORD) the traces and communications I have been using to get the EMM to assist.

Luckily in the end, it has been sorted out. Now, can someone direct me to whoever fixes street lights? Or is it going to be another extremely difficult communication trail?
