On Monday, October 17, I reported a faulty street light outside my home. I was told that it would take between 21 and 28 days to repair. The workers arrived the next morning at 09:00, but could not repair it as the ballast was faulty and they had no spares. I thought ‘well here comes the 28 days they were talking about,’ but they returned at 09:00 the next day and the street light was repaired. Well done guys.
