There will be no beneficiary to the e-tolling manipulation other than government officials, a hefty and cumbersome administration and the financial investors in the system.

Sanral requires people to pay and be tagged in order to legitimise the programme; without signed contracts there is no legitimacy to their claims.
Without signed contracts and debit orders it is difficult to impose and collect their self-regulated increases to compensate for the current “discounted” rates. Once people are contracted in, Sanral is legitimately enabled to roll out the remaining 60 to 75 per cent of the planned Gauteng tolls.
I wonder how many times a year increases will be imposed and at what rates, double or triple inflation? And how many more tolls will be erected. There is still absolutely no clarity or openness on the system, only intimidation and manipulation tactics.
The honourable Mr Ramaphosa has fallen very far short of his reputation and obvious capacity and has stepped into the dubious role of being Mr Zuma’s wet nurse, attempting to clean up and justify his and the illustrious Zumanites’ messes, in a desperate attempt for the ruling party not to lose all its credibility.
Mr Ramaphosa, I humbly appeal to you and your superior judgement to allow reason, honour and integrity to prevail. Do not further enable Zuma and his Zumanites to destroy, rape and pillage our country and people. Rather be true to the honourable promises of government and the public service by truly serving, assisting and supporting the people of our country.
Get rid of the corruption, government theft and government endorsed theftand flagrant abuses which have plagued our land for the past 10 years. Please free our land from the bondage of the new Apartheid.
