ALBERTON – The police are really not bothered with the seriousness of your situation. We were also shown away a few times and the phone dropped in my ear. We have three separate cases: two of burglary and one assault. This is now ongoing for a month.
To date the police have not even bothered to arrest the people whom we identified. We have been running around like headless chickens just to get justice. The suspects are roaming the streets, while we fear that they would break in again.
My son fears for his life now since the assault. Is this the way to live while we have police who swore to serve and protect? We urgently seek help with the situation in Eden Park.
