We as consumers hardly ever give credit where it’s due for a good service.
I would really like to say to Paul from Ascot Pharmacy what an amazing service he delivers to the people in the South. When you want to buy medication, he will always try to offer you something good but affordable, not like most pharmacies who just take the most expensive meds off the shelf.
He’s always just a phone call away to answer your questions, give you advice and calm you down if you are worried about certain medications etc. I’ve always joked that he is my GP as he is always available to help when I’ve needed his advice. When Paul’s not available Sharon, Sumaya or Frikkie are just as helpful.
I don’t live anywhere near Ascot Pharmacy anymore, but if I need a pharmacy I travel the distance as one certainly doesn’t get this kind of service anywhere else. His ‘old school’ style of being a pharmacist demonstrates that people still mean something.
