EMM fails to respond and through other channels something gets done

Why do I have to go through other channels in order for the people working at Ekurhuleni to do the work we pay them for?

It took me two months of complaining and as soon as I address the matter to the RECORD, the situation is sorted out within two days.

The people should be fired because there is no supervision. Get people to do the job! The helplines should be updated. The bosses have no idea because of people’s complaints, and you can’t get through to complain because there is no one to assist.
