Five weeks……… and counting! Well, actually, four and a half weeks to be exact. Frightening, hey!
As promised, I was out and about this past week looking for reasonably priced gifts for children and adults.
Youngsters – boys

Black Friday
Last year my colleague and I decided to go very early to buy the specials from a supermarket in Alberton. Never again! We were rammed with trollies, sworn at, pushed, and quite honestly it was a terrible experience.
What I couldn’t understand, considering quantities per person are limited, is why management didn’t stop everyone going in at once, but limit the customers to, say, 30 at once. That way those 30 people could shop and get to the tills before the next lot were let in.
It goes without saying, we won’t be shopping on Black Friday. Good luck if you are brave enough to give it a go!
I’ll be checking out gifts for teens and for granny and grandpa this coming week, so keep a look out. Shop till you drop!
