One week to Christmas…and counting! It’s actually just over a week so don’t panic.
I see many shops have sales already, so maybe you can still pick up some bargain gifts and save a bit of money. The same with Christmas décor, lookout for specials.
Last week I gave you some Christmas gift ideas for moms and dads, this week it’s the children’s turn.
For babies, girls and boys, bath toys are a good idea, cuddly toys, stacking plastic bricks, soft books, squeaky toys and clothing, as well as any play and learn toys.

If you are entertaining any time over the festive period, decide on what you want to bake/serve, make a list, get out to the shops as early as possible and stick to your list! Ask family and friends to bring something along too, even if it’s serviettes, Christmas mince pies or cake, Christmas crackers, every bit will help lighten your load and you’ll have time to enjoy the party too.
If you have asked everyone to bring their own drinks, maybe make up cocktails or punch for when your guests first arrive as a welcome drink.
