Here is a step-by-step guide on how to stop unwanted deductions:
Send an SMS to Q-link on 34548, including your ID number, full name(s) and surname, FSP name (the company that deducted money from your account), the duration of the policy, and the reason for the dispute, e.g., “I did not authorize the company or have any contract with the company.”
Some beneficiaries do not know who is making these deductions.
If you do not know, ask who is making these deductions by calling Sassa on 0800 60 10 11, or visiting your nearest Sassa office.
