Local entrepreneur aims to continue changing lives of many individuals for the better

A 32-year old local entrepreneur is proud of touching young people's lives through his businesses. 450 young unemployed youngsters are currently being trained for different through on of his academy in partnership with University of Venda.

Ndivhuwo Nedoboni is the true epitome of the famous phrase; if you do more, you inspire others to be more.

Ndivhuwo, a 32-year-old aspiring local entrepreneur, is a co-founder and CEO of Value-Able Consulting, Marshall Barber and director of Delight Training Academy.

Ndivhuwo is a visionary entrepreneur, and his scholastic and professional background is characterised by several noteworthy accomplishments and responsibilities that have moulded his deep comprehension of finance and business.

When Ndivhuwo describes his journey—which started small in a home office and has now grown to become a thriving business with over 1,566 clients—it is an example of how the Black Umbrellas programme can improve an individual’s life.

In his capacity as CEO, he stated that the business was founded in 2018 after he and his business partner, Mulondi Nthulana, identified a significant market gap.

“Smaller businesses were frequently ignored, losing out on the advantages that larger firms enjoyed. We were resolved to rectify this imbalance by giving these smaller clients priority and offering them outstanding service, speedy return times, and comprehensive compliance education,” Ndivhuwo said.

Ndivhuwo has a strong and varied academic background. In addition to his Bachelor of Commerce in Economics, he also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting Practice and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).

Accreditations from esteemed organisations, such as the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) and the Southern African Institute for Business Accountants (SAIBA), demonstrated his unwavering pursuit of quality. He is currently pursuing an MBA at Henley Business School to better hone his strategic and leadership abilities.

Ndivhuwo has over ten years of experience working with Small, Medium, and Micro Enterprises (SMME) and has developed a wealth of knowledge in the areas of financial statement preparation and review, income tax and VAT reviews, compliance, independent reviews, and audits. Notable customers, he has advised include the National Youth Development Agency (NYDA), Black Umbrellas, the University of Venda, Road Agency Limpopo, Vhembe TVET College, and many SMMEs.

The 32-year-old clarified that dealing with late-paying clients and hiring employees who shared the company’s goal were two of the numerous difficulties he encountered during his entrepreneurial journey.

“These obstacles, meanwhile, fuelled the team’s continued development and improvement, driving us to go above and beyond expectations and provide outstanding service. My success is fuelled by my enthusiasm for empowering others,” the aspiring entrepreneur said.

In addition, he mentioned that his company’s achievements extended beyond its profitability, as they had fostered a learning atmosphere for recent graduates, produced a large number of job prospects, and put in place a mentorship program that encouraged skill transfer and internships.

“We are currently training 450 students on new venture creation, hairdressing, and commercial cleaning, and this culture of growth and development is a key component of their ethos in partnership with University of Venda.”
