Alberton Stars Private School shows kindness for Mandela Day
New Redruth’s Alberton Stars Private School will be able to lend a helping hand to those in need following their Mandela Day drive.
Alberton Stars Private School collected a variety of non-perishable food items and clothing items to be donated to a local charity.
“The school used a popular social media trend of ‘anything but a bag’ to allow learners to imagine what it would be like to not have something that we take for granted and come up with an alternative idea,” explained Chrissy Taylor, a teacher at the school.
