Diarise Stepping Stone’s children’s unit open day

Stepping Stone Palliative Care Services is thrilled to invite the community to experience their brand new Martelise Meaker Children’s In-Patient Unit on July 27.

Stepping Stone Palliative Care Services invites the community to experience their brand new Martelise Meaker Children’s In-Patient Unit at a special open day viewing of their facilities.

This vital facility will provide specialised care and support for young patients facing life-limiting illnesses. The open day will be held on July 27 starting from 10:00 to 15:00 at 12 Glen Albyn Street, Raceview.

“Martelise Meaker, Stepping Stone’s first young patient, left an indelible mark on our organisation at the young age of 11. The unit will be named in her honour, ensuring her legacy lives on in the lives of countless children to come,” Stepping Stone stated.
