City of Ekurhuleni urges locals to collect new 240l wheelie bins
Residents of the City of Ekurhuleni with stolen or damaged 240l wheelie bin are encouraged to collect new wheelie bins at their nearest waste management depot.
The City of Ekurhuleni invites those who may have their 240L waste wheelie bins stolen or damaged to visit their nearest waste management depots to collect new ones.
Customers with damaged 240L wheelie bins must bring along the damaged bin, a copy of their identity document and their statement of municipal account.
Customers whose bins have been stolen, need to bring a copy of identity document, statement of municipal account and an affidavit from SAPS.
The city encourages all customers to ensure that they have and utilize their 240L wheelie bins to avoid illegal dumping which may lead to rodent infestation.
