National Child Protection Week celebrated
Revival City College recently commemorated National Child Protection Week to raise awareness of the rights of children.
Revival City College (RCC) came together on June 5 to show their support for National Child Protection Week, which was widely observed from May 29 to June 5.
To demonstrate their support, learners from all different phases proudly wore a green ribbon on their jackets.
“The theme for this year’s Child Protection Week was ‘Every conversation matters’. The learners of RCC did not only show their support by listening to peers who wanted to talk but also raised awareness about the importance of child protection and child safety by wearing their ribbons,” explained Lidia Engelbrecht of Revival City College.
