Alberton Methodist Church continues to celebrate elderly through Young at Hearts

To close off the Young at Hearts programme for the year 2023, Alberton Methodist Church invited Luke Powell to keep the Young at Hearts purpose alive on November 15.

The Alberton Methodist Church honoured older citizens with old Christmas songs to celebrate both Christmas and Young at Hearts’ year-end event.

Over 100 guests were taken on a nostalgic journey through the ages by musician Luke Powell, who spearheaded the celebration by teaching them the proper way to celebrate Christmas.

Young at Hearts is a regular gathering of older citizens to provide them with the best time of their lives.

In addition to wishing everyone a good December holiday, the Alberton Methodist Church advised on how to ensure everyone’s safety and well-being at this time of year.
