Emperors Palace showers school with donations

To keep the mission of the Tembisa Commerce and Entrepreneurship School of Specialisation going, the Emperors Palace Corporate Social Investment (CSI) Committee donated two gas bottles and 10 gas stoves.

The Emperors Palace CSI Committee donated items focusing on hospitality and tourism to the Tembisa Commerce and Entrepreneurship School of Specialisation, formerly Tembisa Secondary School, on June 12.

The committee believed the school had made significant progress in creating future careers since partnering with it to help students prepare for the hospitality industry.

Due to frequent load-shedding, the committee and the HR department donated two 48kg gas bottles and 10 Defy gas stoves so students could continue their culinary studies.

The occasion was themed ‘Proudly powering tomorrow’s hospitality professionals’.
