Alberton Retirement Village’s seniors ended the year with a bang as senior residents fully unleashed their talents.
Harmonic sounds accompanied by loads of fun and laughter filled Alberton Retirement Village’s auditorium as the lively audience enjoyed numerous performances.
The senior residents of the Alberton Retirement Village hosted their annual concert on November 16 with another event on November 19.
Months of practice by the residents, aged from 64 to 88, made the show possible.

The Alba Choir, The Golden Follies, Dieter Möller on guitar, Anna le Roux on piano, the village baby and its mamma Dolla, an appearance by The Dancing Queen(s), The Michael Jackson quintet, the Mannerinas and the Drie Susters all gave a stunning performance.
A special word of thanks goes to Alet Bailie and Gail Williamson who directed all the sequences of the day.
These performances were not only a celebration of life but a tribute to age.
