Fourteen suspects are expected to appear in court after being arrested for drinking and driving, assault GBH, shoplifting, possession of drugs, and three were illegal immigrants.
These arrests were carried out on Sunday to Tuesday in Alberton.
According to Alberton SAPS spokesperson Captain Manare Ramotshela, stop and search operations and police visibility are what made these arrests a success.
