Brackendowns SAPS station commander Colonel Jacoline van der Westhuizen applauded the men and women in blue for recovering a truck in their policing precinct.
The truck was hijacked in Daveyton and recovered in the Brackendowns area.
The station has cautioned the public to remain safe and vigilant this festive season.
