3 stolen vehicles recovered in different areas
After law enforcement entities received an alert from a car dealership in Vereeniging about three stolen vehicles, the law enforcers responded swiftly and recovered all vehicles in various areas.
One out of three stolen vehicles was recovered on the N17 highway, Alberton, on August 30.
According to the director of CPS Security, Tyrone van der Merwe, the three vehicles were stolen from a car dealership in the Vereeniging region.
“One of the three vehicles entered the Alberton area and the vehicle was successfully recovered after the tracking unit was activated,” Van der Merwe said.
The vehicle was left abandoned on the N17 highway.
The other two stolen cars were also found in different locations.
CPS Security thanked everyone who was involved for the swift response that led to the recovery of the vehicles.
