The Kliprivier SAPS discovered a body of an unknown African male on the R59 highway on February 4.
The deceased was a victim of a hit-and-run accident on the R59 next to the Heineken brewery.
Sergeant Tintswalo Ndhambi of the Kliprivier SAPS said the body was in bad condition.
“The body is estimated to be about 20 years old. He wore red pants, a blue T-shirt and grey All-Star takkies. The body has a tattoo on the right forearm.
