SPAR rewards customer enjoys the benefits by winning a car.
The owner of SUPERSPAR Xavier, Sundeep Desai, and his staff congratulated Queen Moyo from Orange Farm after winning a brand new Hyundai i20 on June 12.
Moyo, a regular customer at the Ormonde supermarket, was over the moon. She was accompanied by her husband, Nhlanhla Ngwenya.

She said as a SPAR Rewards customer she bought items that were on promotion.
“I was surprised when I received a call on May 30 that I have won the car. I remember weeks before a man won a car here at the store as well, and I was so envious and I wished it was me. Little did I know that my turn was coming. Thank you SPAR for this wonderful gift,” she said.
Desai said every year SPAR runs a competition (SPAR Win A Car) for its Rewards customers, and it gives away 60 cars. This year, SUPERSPAR Xavier gave away two cars.
“It is simple to win a car as you sign up for SPAR Rewards to be eligible to enter the competition. You use your cellphone number and this is free. You then buy any of the participating products from any SPAR or TOPS at SPAR store and swipe your SPAR Rewards card for automatic entries into the competition. Qualifying products are depicted on in-store advertising material,” he said.
