It is reported that Chloe has been missing since April 17 in Rosettenville.

Moffat View SAPS is asking the community for assistance in finding a missing 24-year-old woman, Chloe Jacobs.

According to reports, Chloe was last seen leaving her residence on foot at approximately 12:00 on April 17.

She was last seen wearing a maroon polar fleece zip through track suit top.

If a missing person is found or returns voluntarily, inform the investigating officer immediately.

A SAPS 92 form must be completed to inform the Bureau of Missing Persons that the missing person’s report can be removed from the circulation system.
