Woman killed in a two-vehicle collision in Liefde-en-Vrede
The other woman and man were assessed and found to have sustained only minor injuries.
A woman in her 20s was killed in a collision between two light motor vehicles on Swartkoppies Road in Liefde-en-Vrede on October 30.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene at 02:40 to find the wrecked vehicles in the middle of the road.
On closer inspection, medics found a woman’s body lying inside the one vehicle. Another man and another woman were walking around the scene.
Medics assessed the patients and found that the woman in the car had already succumbed to her injuries. The other woman and man were assessed and found to have sustained only minor injuries.
Both patients declined treatment and transportation to a hospital.
Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
